Mark Schreier was recently certified by the State of New York, the Long Island Board of Realtors, as a CBR®-Certified Buyer Representative.
Mark is a Licensed Sales Associate with Century 21 Prevete in Plainview, NY and is now trained in the professional representation of home purchasers.
Buyer Representation is rapidly changing the face of real estate. Propelled by knowledgeable home purchasers, legislative action, and consumer watch dog groups, home buyer representation has gained momentum in the residential market in recent years and is now available nationwide. Buyer Representative is a cooperating agent who legally represents the real estate buyer.
