How is the Plainview Real Estate Market

Ask different people get different answers. Home sales have gone up in the past few months mostly because of the government offered tax credits. Does that mean the market is doing better? Only time will tell. I can tell you two months after the tax credit window closed houses are still selling in the Plainview, & Old- Bethpage, NY. markets. My last listing was under contract in less than 65 days and had many back up offers. If you are thinking of selling remember that interest rates are still at all time lows and if you sell your house for a little less than expected you can make that and more back with good negotiations on your next purchase.

Bottom line, life goes on in any market. If you would like to make a move but don't know were to start invite me over for a cup of coffee and I will be happy to answer all your questions.
